What you will be doing as the Manufacturing Training Manager:
- Overseeing all training programs in the manufacturing facility to enhance employee skills, promote safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Understand production floor and how operations are run.
- Ability to streamline and simplify processes.
- Developing, drive, and implement training strategies in collaboration with HR.
- Managing training delivery, tracking progress, and collaborating with leadership on workforce development.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Training and Development team and communicate strategy.
- Ensure that the training program is documented for regulatory and policy needs, while maintaining a working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership on gap analysis/assessments to ensure that training content and programs are updated based on analytical findings.
What you will need as the Manufacturing Training Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of relatable experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
