As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll serve as a trusted financial advisor, providing personalized solutions to help members improve their financial well-being. You’ll originate investment-quality loans, build strong relationships with branch staff and lending processors, and participate in real estate business development activities.

Location: Onsite | Menasha, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Recommend financial solutions to members to support their goals.
• Originate first mortgages, second mortgages, WHEDA, construction loans, and other loan products.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards for all loans.
• Collaborate with branch teams and processors to deliver exceptional service.
• Engage in community and real estate business development initiatives.

• Must be able to attain an NMLS license
• 1+ year of mortgage experience
• 2+ years in the financial services industry
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and listening skills
• Associate degree in finance or business-related field
• Minimum of five years mortgage lending experience in a retail financial environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Weston, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
