Job Summary

Currently, we are seeking to hire a Multi-site Property Manager in Los Angeles. A multi-site (or Area) Manager within our firm manages a group of properties geographically close, up to 175 units.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and upkeep of the property/s
• Maintain stable occupancy with focus on lease-up and tenant retention
• Oversee evictions and/or legal matters
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate all necessary maintenance in conjunction with assigned Maintenance Tech and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure vacant units are 100% market ready
• Post ads, hold open houses, and developing marketing efforts to ensure apartment vacancies are filled and leasing goals are met.
• A strong work ethic that includes being dependable, flexible, team-oriented and a "go-getter" attitude.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of Property Management experience (BA in management or similar major preferred)
• Experience using Property Management Software (AppFolio Management Software experience is a plus)
• Must have experience leasing and marketing via online portals (Craigslist, Apartments, Zillow etc)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Grace Hill or Fair Housing certified is a plus
• Must have valid Drivers License and current Car Insurance

• Salary will be $60-70K annually. Plus monthly bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
