Part-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Join Beacon Health System in a rewarding role providing primary and wellness care in a dynamic environment. Would like a background in Family Practice, Women's Health, Mental Health, Weight Loss, or Occupational Health. Part-time, would like someone to build the program.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM for 7 AM - 4 PM, 2 days/week (Monday–Friday - flexibility on days)
• Setting: On-site in a factory with optional telehealth
• Bonus: $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Bilingual candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical histories and physical exams, and manage acute/chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on health practices
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and administrative standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Wisconsin & completion of a nurse practitioner program
• Clinical experience (internship for new grads)
• Master’s degree preferred with prescribing certifications
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage patient handling
• Comfortable working in a clinical setting with biohazard exposure
