Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

Are you a skilled Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care and a strong background in adult practice? An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior-level Occupational Health NP to join a dedicated team.

This role offers the chance to take ownership as the sole provider on-site , supporting employee health and wellness while making a direct impact on patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality occupational health care in a clinical setting
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment and health education
  • Partner with employees and leadership to promote a healthy workforce
  • Serve as the primary on-site provider, ensuring continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Licensed with the State of Massachusetts , DEA , and ANCC
  • Willingness to be the only on-site provider
  • Minimum 3 years of current nursing experience and 2 years in adult practice

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior Occupational Health experience
