Illinois state license. Liability insurance required. Contract position in a pediatric clinic. Preference for applicants with pediatric experience. 1:30-7:30 (flexible). Job includes but is not limited to; assessments, following a treatment plan, developing activities to support treatment plan, writing treatment notes, cleaning working space.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
