Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr A high-profile individual with a dynamic, philanthropic, and internationally active lifestyle is seeking a seasoned and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across a wide range of personal and administrative responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced assistant to step into a high-impact role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a refined service mindset. The ideal candidate will bring a polished presence, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and operate with the utmost discretion. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $140,000–$180,000 and the opportunity to work in a highly engaged, fast-paced environment. Flexibility, travel availability, and a willingness to work outside of standard business hours are essential. Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant: Manage philanthropic commitments, including the coordination of materials, email communications, and scheduling related to six active board roles Plan and execute high-end events, including managing logistics and liaising with vendors such as caterers, chefs, florists, and valet services Arrange domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary coordination Travel to multiple residences as needed to ensure each is properly maintained and fully prepared ahead of the principal’s arrival Oversee personal billing, online subscriptions, cloud/photo storage, and related household technology services Coordinate the maintenance and scheduling of personal vehicles, boats, and other assets Partner with household staff to ensure each residence is well-stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times Manage incoming personal mail and correspondence, and support tasks such as thank-you notes, holiday cards, and personal gifting Handle personal errands, shopping, and other day-to-day responsibilities with a high level of taste and efficiency Qualifications of the Personal Assistant: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting high-net-worth or high-profile individuals Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, anticipatory service, with a standard of excellence comparable to luxury hospitality Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-moving environment Discreet, loyal, and trustworthy, with a proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism Warm, intuitive, and service-driven, with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills Comfortable engaging with high-level executives, public figures, and socially prominent individuals Polished and conservative in personal presentation, well-suited to executive and formal environments Technologically proficient and resourceful in managing online tools, systems, and communications platforms Flexible and dependable, with availability to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends as needed P-14 Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Administrative Industries Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Mack & Associates, Ltd. by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance 401(k) Get notified about new Personal Assistant jobs in Chicago, IL .
