Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues (training provided)
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
