Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues (training provided)
- Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers
- Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely
- Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Can work independently and stay organized
- Don’t mind climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
