LOCATION: Glassboro, NJ CLIENT: Select/NovaCare clinic SETTING: OP START DATE: January GUARANTEE: 40hrs sched. If low census/cancelations & provider doesn't stay, only actual hours will be bill/paid.  ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: OP exp 
STAFF: Join team 
EMR:  TherapEBridge (Select bought rights to NetHealth. Bones are the same - just a different interface.)
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 10-14 per 8 hours. Double booking.
SCHEDULE: M-F, possibly can do 4/10 depending on clinic
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Exp & RTO 
COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? No
TAKE HOME:
BILL RATE: $Up to $75 DOE + 5% fee
Bill rate $75/hr. Could be a little higher with a lot of outpatient experience. 

Select MSA terms - 

• **1st day is unbillable orientation
• Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
• 14 day notice for client/provider. In the event fourteen (14) days' notice is not provided by terminating party, the other party shall bill or collect a credit for a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours subtracting any hours worked after notice is given.
• Any RTO that is not on ADL needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior.
• If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to at the facility to get hours. If they do not stay, only actual hours will be billed/paid.
• If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
• OT: Any OT must be preapproved by management in writing. OT isn't paid out until after 48hrs. OT rate will be same as BR in placement since we don't have providers working 48+hrs per week.
• Select recognizes the following holidays: Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Holidays shall be billed at 1.3 x normal hourly rate.
• 0$ buyout after 13 weeks. $5K buyout before 13 weeks.
