The Porter/Cleaner role at Good Luck Lounge involves responding to guest inquiries courteously, maintaining cleanliness and atmosphere control throughout the shift, cleaning spills immediately, managing trash and recyclables, following housekeeping standards, operating trash compactors, maintaining cleaning equipment, cleaning and dusting all venue areas, sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining restrooms, refilling supplies, polishing hardware, reporting repairs and hazards, observing safety standards, and performing related duties as assigned. The role requires three or more years in cleaning services or related work, ability to read and follow instructions, a positive attitude, early morning and daytime availability, time management skills, and a high school diploma. Preferred qualifications include food service experience and exceptional communication skills. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and tolerance of loud noises.
