Prep Cook Summary:
The Prep Cook is responsible and accountable for performing tasks and duties assigned to them within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food Prep, Restaurant Cleanliness and Teamwork.
Prep Cook Job Expectations:
The Prep Cook will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a fast speed of service, interact with Guests, work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks, follow all safety and security procedures, and conduct any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 26 years in business, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 14 Dave's to Wisconsin over the next 6 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group!
