Job Description

Principal Product Manager - B2B SaaS

We are partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company at the intersection of healthcare and fintech. Their mission is to transform how patients and providers manage healthcare payments - making the process seamless, transparent, and human-centered. By leveraging automation, data intelligence, and patient-friendly engagement tools, they’re helping providers improve financial outcomes while ensuring patients have a more compassionate, accessible experience.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Principal Product Manager to join the team and own the end-to-end lifecycle of key product initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and operations to shape product strategy, prioritize impactful features, and drive execution. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and operational detail.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with strong B2B SaaS focus
  • Experience building and shipping AI/ML/LLM-driven features
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail.
  • Passion for building products that improve real-world experiences.

We are looking for people who balance technical knowledge with outstanding Product Management skills. Please apply ASAP if you fit the above criteria.
