Job Details

• We are seeking associates from law school class years 2019 and later to join our M&A and Private Equity teams. In this role, you will be exposed to a diverse array of corporate and private equity transactions, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of deal-making and corporate strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Associates will be expected to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on a variety of matters. Your work will include advising on acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments, as well as other transactions similar in nature, in addition to handling general corporate legal issues. This comprehensive role will enable you to build strong advisory relationships with clients and enhance your transactional expertise.
• You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners throughout the entire deal process. This collaboration will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing the progress of deals, and ensuring that every legal aspect meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your involvement will help shape the outcome of each transaction and contribute directly to client success.
• The role requires significant experience handling M&A transactions and a solid understanding of corporate law and market terms. You should be adept at drafting comprehensive transaction documents and comfortable navigating complex deal structures. This experience will be critical in providing strategic insights and ensuring that transactions are executed flawlessly.
• We are looking for candidates with a driven personality and a business development-oriented mindset. You should possess the ability to take on high levels of responsibility while working independently. This proactive approach will be essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited school
• Active member of the MA bar
• 3-6 years of PE & M&A experience
