Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Boca Raton, FL

4 Days/Week in office with possibility of adding 5th day (5th day may be remote or in office).

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated  Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)to join our team. This unique position combines  interventional psychiatry with  traditional medication management :

• Administering and overseeing  Spravato®, sublingual ketamine and other interventional treatments in our clinic.
• Providing  psychiatric medication management for young adults and geriatric patients.

The role is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys both cutting-edge treatment modalities and long-term therapeutic relationships with patients.

Schedule:  4 Days/Week in office with possibility of adding 5th day (5th day may be remote or in office).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and ongoing psychiatric medication management.
• Evaluate patients for Spravato®, ketamine, TMS, PRISM, VNS and any future interventional modalities.
• Administer Spravato® and ketamine therapies, ensuring patient safety and monitoring response.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff to deliver integrated care.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Opportunity to work with medical or PMHNP students if interested.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in Psychiatry (FL license)
• Active DEA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Strong interest in interventional psychiatry (ketamine, Spravato®, brain health optimization).
• Experience with young adult and geriatric populations preferred.
• Advanced practice nursing skills, including diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders
• Experience in prescribing medications and therapeutic interventions
• Strong patient evaluation and assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans effectively
• Collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: 120K-130K for 4 days a week (commensurate with experience).
