Receptionist – Electrical Service Company
📍 Location: Richardson Texas
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time

💲 Pay: Based on experience $19-$25
UTS is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! This front-line role is critical in helping our business run smoothly by managing service calls, scheduling technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and manage service calls using scheduling software
Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
Take detailed notes and maintain accurate call records
Assist with daily administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
Requirements:
Prior experience with a service company preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized — must take meticulous notes
Comfortable using basic scheduling or dispatch software
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
