We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Jack in the Box team at BIR Travel Plaza in Dandridge, TN. If you have a passion for great food, excellent customer service, and creating a positive environment for both guests and staff, this opportunity is for you!

Salary, depend on experience up to $90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service and a high standard of cleanliness and food quality
• Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a motivated and well-trained team
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and food prep, ensuring all products are fresh, available, and presented perfectly
• Monitor sales, labor, and food costs, implementing strategies to drive profitability while maintaining quality
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies, including food handling and restaurant safety regulations
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with a focus on excellent guest experiences
• Drive performance goals, constantly looking for ways to improve operations, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in restaurant management (fast food or quick service restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the go
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• A strong focus on guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive team atmosphere

Additional Requirements:

• Travel is required for initial training: Candidates must be available for travel to complete onboarding and training programs at other Jack in the Box locations or designated training sites. This will ensure you are fully prepared to manage operations at our Dandridge location.
