Overview Sales Development Representative (SDR) - BuildPass (SaaS | Construction Tech). Full-time, in-person / hybrid opportunities in Austin, TX, United States. What You'll Do Own outbound prospecting – cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team Identify and qualify leads through strategic discovery conversations, understanding customer pain points and business needs Master the BuildPass story – articulate how our platform solves problems for builders, subcontractors, and construction teams Collaborate with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings and build a robust, predictable pipeline Maintain CRM hygiene, tracking interactions and managing prospects across the full funnel Stay ahead of industry trends, product developments, and competitive intel to fuel smarter conversations Partner with marketing on campaigns and events that drive pipeline opportunities Consistently exceed monthly activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets What You'll Bring To The Team Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Austin, TX. This is a predominantly in-person role. 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (SaaS or B2B preferred) or a fresh graduate with exceptional drive Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging decision-makers at all levels Resilient, self-motivated, and thrives in high-activity environments Fast learner who can articulate the value of complex technologies Proficient with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce or able to quickly become proficient Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Bonus: Experience in construction tech or selling to blue-collar industries Bonus: Demonstrated track record of outbound pipeline generation Compensation & Rewards Uncapped commission — no ceiling on what you can earn Performance-based ranking — commission rate scales with results Top performers have higher multipliers Fair and transparent — visibility into performance and growth Why BuildPass Construction is transforming, and BuildPass is leading that change.
