Salesforce Tester / Analyst

Full-time | Direct Hire | Onsite – Omaha, NE

We’re hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst / QA to join a growing team working on a high-impact Salesforce program. This is a hands-on, manual testing role — not automation-heavy (yet) — so we’re looking for someone who’s comfortable writing test cases, running UAT, and partnering with product and dev teams in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do:

• Write and execute manual test cases and manage UAT cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify business needs and ensure test coverage
• Track and report work using Jira or Azure DevOps
• Use Lucidchart to map out test flows and documentation
• Run SQL queries for validation and data checks
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in the QA process

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in a QA or BA/QA role (manual focus)
• Hands-on experience testing in Salesforce (Sales/Marketing Cloud, Lightning, Apex preferred)
• Solid grasp of Agile, UAT, and test documentation
• Familiar with SQL and common tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)

No automation background needed — we’re looking for someone who’s in the weeds , testing features and catching issues.
