*School Bus Drivers*

Regional School Unit 13 needs Full Time School Bus Drivers!

A successful candidate will be punctual, reliable and enjoy working in a team environment.

They will;

* Possess a demonstrated ability to safely transport students (or other passengers) to and from school.
* Maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus and possess a strong understanding of traffic laws.
* Welcome the opportunity to interact with children and demonstrate a willingness to assist students getting on and off the bus, as needed.
* Should be free of any traffic or criminal violations.
* Should have an authoritative, yet calming demeanor for the purpose of maintaining a safe environment while traveling.

School Bus Drivers work a school year schedule, with the option for summer driving and extra trips (i.e. sports, field trips, after-school programming).

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision care with the option for dependent coverage; as well as paid personal and sick time.

Starting Hourly Wage: $23.56 or more depending upon relatable experience.

*Qualifications:* Current CDL license (with P & S endorsement preferred) and a clean driving record.

*Required:* Maine Criminal History Records Check
