Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Security Technician based in Atlanta, GA, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining alarm systems, performing troubleshooting and diagnostics for system malfunctions, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and network security protocols, and analyzing potential security risks. The candidate will also assist with maintaining occupational health standards during tasks and collaborate with the team for system improvement and upgrades.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security protocols to safeguard systems
  • Experience with Alarm Systems including installation, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Understanding of Occupational Health and safety practices during technical tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with property management systems integration is a plus
  • Relevant certification or technical training in security systems, networking, or a related field
