Senior Accountant
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ area We are seeking a detail-oriented
Senior Accountant to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring GAAP compliance, analyzing manufacturing data, and supporting external audit and year-end reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and monitoring departmental, project, and organizational expenditures
- Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
- Transition monthly internal reporting to ensure all finance and accounting operations comply with GAAP for quarterly covenant reporting
- Implement financial reporting to support manufacturing data analysis
- Manage and assist in preparation of external audits, year-end insurance, and income reporting requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Experience overseeing the annual audit
