Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and review complex international tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profits.
• Review tax returns including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct technical tax research and provide solutions for diverse international clientele.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Lead, train, and mentor professional tax staff.
• Collaborate with tax leadership to grow the firm’s international tax practice.
• Ensure compliance with federal and international tax laws.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during tax season (>40 hours/week).

Qualifications – Needed:

• CPA license highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Master’s in Taxation highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on international tax.
• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience reviewing complex returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041).
• Strong technical tax research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse international clientele.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and develop professional staff.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a practice.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy season.
