Our Opportunity: Chewy’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for pet parents and partners everywhere. We view them as family and are passionate about exceeding customer expectations through every interaction. Our Chewy Health team is passionate about redefining how vets and pet parents care for their loved ones and are on a multi-year journey to reinvent the experience of working with your veterinarian to keep your pets well-balanced and happy. We are excited to be hiring an additional Senior Product Manager – Chewy Vet Care (CVC) in our Bellevue, WA or Boston, MA offices. In this role, you’ll craft the future of Rhapsody, the practice management software (PIMS) used in CVC practices. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative, early-stage team and make a real impact on how veterinary care is delivered. You will be responsible for the product roadmap – setting priorities, coordinating with Team Members, and handling development from intake through delivery. You’ll ensure features launch on time, drive key performance indicators, and drive ongoing improvements. What You’ll Do: Build a Customer-Centered Experience Use your customer-first approach to building an outstanding PIMS experience for veterinary care teams and customers. Deeply understand your users and their workflows—become the go-to guide on their needs and use cases. Explore new insights that improve how care is delivered and experienced. Drive Product Lifecycle Translate insights into clear, detailed requirements and user stories. Define success metrics for new features and use data to guide prioritization and improvements. Write compelling narratives that communicate both short-term priorities and long-term product vision. Drive Roadmap & Execution Develop and lead a product roadmap and backlog that align with both customer needs and business goals. Partner with engineering, design, and the payments team to deliver user-friendly features. Build and maintain mechanisms for progress alignment across technical and non-technical teams. Deliver Results & Continuous Improvement Track product performance and communicate outcomes clearly across the organization. Use insights to continuously improve the product and influence what's next. Proactively identify and resolve risks that could impact timelines or deliverables. Collaborate Cross-Functionally Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising, and Executive Leadership to shape and implement a product vision and long-term roadmap that supports the growth of Chewy Vet Care. What You’ll Need: Experience & Background 6+ years professional experience in digital product management or a related space. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, Business, or something similar. You’ve owned products from conceptualization to launch, whether managing a team or rolling up your sleeves yourself. Product Thinking You know how to build products that address real problems for customers and the business. Ability to connect the dots between customer needs, data, and long-term vision. Comfortable thinking big but also breaking down ideas into practical steps. Communication & Teamwork Strong communicator, whether you're writing a user story, aligning Team Members, or walking through a roadmap. You bring others along in the process and work well across teams and functions. Data & Detail Orientation You rely on data to make decisions, measure success, and spot opportunities to improve. You sweat the details, juggle priorities with ease, and keep things moving even when it gets complicated. Bonus Points If You Have: Understanding of the pet care industry and current trends shaping the space. Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with the U.S. veterinary profession – how practices operate, what care teams need, and the challenges they face. Experience working with healthcare technology, especially EMRs, PIMS, or other health information management systems. Work Arrangement: Hybrid Model: 3 days in hub location per week Remote: This role is NOT a remote role. Chewy is an equal opportunity employer.
