What You Will Be Doing

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
Accurately take orders and communicate with the kitchen
Serve food with care and attention to detail
Operate the register, process payments (cash, card, digital), and issue receipts
Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and organized
Answer guest questions, make menu suggestions and resolve concerns with professionalism
Work as part of a team to maintain flow and ensure guest satisfaction

What You Won’t Be Doing

Cooking or preparing food
Managing inventory or placing supply orders
Managing the restaurant’s finances or payroll
Making business-related decisions about pricing, hours, or operations

Basic Requirements

Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
Basic math and cash handling confidence
Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
Dependability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
