The World Economic Forum is recruiting a Specialist, Investor Engagement for the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing (HRI) initiative. This role is based in New York or Geneva, starting July 2025 through March 2027, requiring onsite work 3 days per week. The Specialist will oversee engagement with philanthropic, development finance, and investing leaders, fostering collaboration in frontier markets. Responsibilities include project design to facilitate collaboration among investors, community management of senior stakeholders, event management leveraging Forum networks, and content curation including thought leadership and investment pipeline management. The role reports to the Project Lead of the HRI initiative and involves internal collaboration with regional teams and external engagement with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years of relevant experience in impact investing or related fields, strong understanding of the impact investing ecosystem, and excellent communication skills. The role offers an annual salary range of $80,000-$85,000 in New York and is not eligible for US work authorization support.
