Start in an entry-level role focused on marketing, promotions, and customer engagement
Represent nonprofits and ethical brands at live events, community outreach campaigns, and pop-up activations
Participate in daily team training and leadership development workshops
Shadow managers and learn business strategy, operations, and campaign execution
Support your team’s performance and earn promotions based on merit

Weekly pay : Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
