About the Role

The Sr. Product Manager serves as a strategic leader for product development and innovation within the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. The Sr. Product Manager will report to the VP, Process & BT Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities Include

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Requirements Management: Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
  • Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility. Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results.
  • Area-Specific Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Supply Chain and Logistics domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends. (e.g., Retail trends and customer behavior for Supply Chain and Logistics).

About The Pay

  • Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 Annually

  • Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary based on location.

About You

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
