Responsibilities and Duties Including but not limited to:

• Open and Close pools and prepare them properly for summer or winterization
• Perform weekly pool maintenance
• Knowledge of water chemistry and balancing chemicals
• Tasks at shop on a regular basis in addition to client services
• Perform field troubleshooting of swimming pool equipment
• Perform a variety of skills equipment repairs and installations related to pool heaters, filters, pumps, motors, cleaning sysytems, automatic controls, and electrical systems
• Perform accurate vehicle inventories and daily maintenance checks
• Complete daily detail records of work performed
• Maintain an acceptable personal appearance and a strong customer service focus
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Three years verifiable experience in maintaining and servicing swimming pools
• Be an independent thinker with strong problem solving skills
• Basic Knowledge of general plumbing
• Basic knowledge of 110/220 vault electricity
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to work
• Flexibility to work overtime in peak of season
• Teamwork, Communication, Time Management and Positive Attitude

Physical Abilities:

• Must be able to lift, push or pull objects weighing up to 50lbs
• Requires the physical ability to use hands, arms, feet, legs for repetitive movements such as bending, squatting and reaching
• Requires the physical ability to function in exposure to weather, temperature and humidity changes
• Exposure to chemicals

Job Type:

• Full-time Seasonal Position
• Hourly rate and overtime rate
• Shirts, company vehicle and tablet provided
