\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Schedule includes 3 shifts per week with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
\n• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
\n• Must have telemetry experience to apply
\n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
\n• Required certifications: Arizona license, BLS, ACLS
\n• Patient ratio typically 1:6 in departments, 1:4-5 in ED holding area
\n• Any color scrubs acceptable
\n• Electronic Medical Record system: Cerner
\n• Float pool position requiring willingness to work between departments and four facilities
\n• Facilities include Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
\n• Units include 2 Med Surg departments (Ortho/Neuro), Telemetry, and potentially PCU based on skill level
\n• May provide care to admitted patients in ED holding area while waiting for beds
\n• Typically assigned to one unit per shift with rare occasions of movement based on census
\n• Utilize nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
\n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and provide leadership in care delivery
\n• Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel
