Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Health Services Administrator for a travel nursing job in New York, New York.
Job Description & Requirements Licensed and currently registered to practice as a professional nurse or nurse practitioner in New York State. (Candidates with a pending New York State License will be considered)
Master’s degree with a specialization in one of the following fields: Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care/Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, Public Health
6 years of progressive responsibility in CHHA, Combination of CHHA and hospital administration, business administration, public administration, or an equivalent field and substantial exposure to meeting health needs in home- and community-based settings.
EPIC Hyperspace and EPIC Remote Client experience as well as Microsoft Office experience
Thorough knowledge of:
Fundamentals of Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) administration.
Standards, regulations, and laws applicable to CHHA operations.
Business and human resources administration principles.
Management functions and processes.
Federal regulations (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
State regulations (New York State Department of Health).
Local regulations (New York Department of Health & Mental Hygiene).
JCAHO standards for home health providers.
