Data Scientist – Analytics & Insights We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver who’s passionate about turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights. From exploratory analysis to advanced modeling, you’ll use tools like Python, R, SQL, and Tableau to create models and visualizations that drive results. You’ll work with techniques like regression, decision trees, and forecasting to solve real-world problems. Deploy and scale models.
You’ll help bring models into production and ensure they’re scalable, sustainable, and delivering value. You’ll evaluate performance using metrics like ROC, RMSE, and Chi-square. Write clean code.
You’ll develop and test code using modern languages and testing methods. You’ll collaborate with engineers and designers to build user-friendly applications and dashboards. Tell the story.
You’ll turn data into compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences. You’ll guide stakeholders through insights and help drive business outcomes. What you bring

• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar languages
• Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
• Ability to connect business strategy with data solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Data science, machine learning, optimization models, Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R, Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch), We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
