Employment Verification Specialist

Hybrid (One Week Onsite/One Week Remote) - Phoenix, AZ

Shift: Monday - Friday 10AM - 7PM OR 9AM - 6PM

6-month Contract (W2) with Potential for Extension and/or Full-Time Hire

Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of an Employment Verification Specialist for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

Job Description:

• Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products.
• Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans. Process and close for loan products.
• Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups.
• Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
• Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.
• Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Mortgage Experience
• Previous Loan Documentation Review Experience
• Analytical and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to partner and collaborate internally
• Comfortable with a remote learning experience
• Able to be successful in a hybrid work environment (one week remote/one week onsite work model)
