Job Description

We are seeking a talented WordPress and Front-End Developer to join our team and deliver high-quality, build-focused web projects. This role is ideal for a developer with strong technical  expertise , creativity, and proven experience in custom WordPress development and  the Avada Builder.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Develop and implement custom WordPress solutions based  on provided Figma designs.  

• Create and  maintain scalable, reusable front-end components with clean, efficient code.  

• Build and customize Custom Post Types (CPTs), taxonomies, and dynamic content systems.  

• Translate detailed design mockups into responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web pages.  

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure alignment, quality, and  timely delivery.  

• Apply a strong  eye for design to ensure pages not only function well but also look polished and on-brand.  

• Manage assets and workflows efficiently across multiple projects in fast-paced environments.  

• Handle site administration tasks:  SiteGround hosting, manual backups/restores, Cloudflare setup, and site migrations (with or without plugins).  

Required Skills & Experience  

• Strong  proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.  

• Proven  expertise in WordPress, including custom theme/plugin development and Avada Builder.  

• Experience with CPTs, custom queries, dynamic filters, and advanced functionality.  

• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly, and responsive designs.  

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility  best practices.  

• Strong grasp of performance optimization and SEO-friendly development.  

• Comfortable with site migrations, hosting setup, and performance maintenance.  

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to polished, professional deliverables.  

• Experience with API integrations.  

• Knowledge of website performance monitoring and optimization tools.
