LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a dynamic manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems to support pricing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.

• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to senior leadership.

• Manage internal controls and support audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong expertise in cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team effectively.

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
