As a trusted partner of national title insurance companies, this firm is seeking a sharp litigator with a commanding grasp of real estate disputes—including quiet title actions, contested foreclosures, and landlord-tenant conflicts. If you've worked in or alongside title and escrow companies, your insight will be especially valued here.

What You'll Handle

• Full-scope litigation in real estate, title, and escrow disputes
• Appearances at trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Client and witness meetings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Guiding junior attorneys and contributing to team development

The Attorney

• Skilled litigator with deep real estate litigation experience
• Able to manage a case start-to-finish, including trial
• Well-versed in title insurance, escrow, and lending issues
  
• Confident in mentoring and training junior attorneys, a plus
• Licensed to practice in California and based in or near Irvine
  

Position Details

• Location: Irvine, CA
• Salary:$150,000 to $200,000 base DOE + discretionary bonus
• Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision (60% premium), 401(k) with match, PTO, sick days, holidays, life & disability insurance
