Our client is a leading commercial and industrial flooring company.

Position Summary

As an Execution Executive, you are the driving force behind successful project delivery. You will lead crews, maintain control of schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure all site operations meet our high standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Supervise crews on multiple commercial flooring projects from mobilization to closeout.
  • Coordinate daily activities with project managers, general contractors, and client representatives.
  • Maintain Records: Track manpower, materials, equipment usage, and daily progress in company systems.
  • Enforce Safety & Quality Standards
  • Manage Resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders—field crews, suppliers, and office management.
  • Mentor and Develop team members to improve performance and grow leadership capacity.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven track record of leading crews in construction, flooring, or related trades.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record keeping and process tracking.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient with basic project documentation tools (daily logs, time sheets, material receipts).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as projects require.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in commercial flooring (polished concrete, resinous coatings, LVT, tile, carpet).
  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Knowify or Procore.
