Job Title: Architectural Drafter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with expertise in AutoCAD to join our team. You will primarily work on commercial retail projects in malls, strip malls, and standalone buildings. This role involves mostly working from as-builts delivered by field surveyors, with occasional ground-up projects.
Responsibilities - Draft architectural plans for commercial retail locations using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with field surveyors to interpret and utilize as-built drawings.
- Participate in rare ground-up projects and contribute to their design.
- Work closely with a team to ensure project specifications are met.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and creating construction documents.
- Experience in commercial retail architecture projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Knowledge of Revit is a plus and may be utilized occasionally.
- Ability to assist the Revit team during high-demand periods.
Work Environment This is a fully remote position, with equipment provided for your work. There is no travel required except for a potential onboarding week in St. Louis. If based in St. Louis, you may work in the office four days a month on alternating Mondays and Tuesdays.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

All full time Associates are entitled/provided AFLAC Insurance through a company program.
The employee pays 100% of the premium through payroll deduction for themselves and their
dependents. Associates are eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the following
month after their 30th day of employment.
Disability Insurance
ArcVision pays 100% of both a short and long term disability policy along with a life insurance
policy for all eligible Associates. Eligibility begins after the 90 days of employment.
Retirement Plan
After 1 year of continuous employment, Associates are eligible to participate in the company
sponsored 401K plan for tax deferred retirement savings. Eligible employees will be able to
participate in the program on January 1st or July 1st following eligibility.
Holidays
ArcVision recognizes the 6 major holidays. Employees are eligible for Holiday pay after their 90
days of employment.

The amount of PTO time which an employee is entitled to is dependent upon their length of
