As an Associate Medical Director at USACS you will work alongside the Medical Director and staff at the hospital. The Integrated Acute Care (IAC) team will work in collaboration, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient patient-center care and optimal patient experience. Additional Details

• Recruit physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join the practice
• Provide orientation, mentoring and monitor progress of new providers to ensure successful integration
• Supervise IAC team, manage schedules, attend meetings, ensure compliance and provide direct patient care
• Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $116/hour to $170/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and an additional leadership stipend.

• 26 Physician/APP provider hospitalist team
• Dedicated Nocturnist
