**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Compliance Professional 2 focuses on managing compliance-related tasks that support regulatory adherence and internal procedures. This role involves administrative support, inquiry management, and oversight of marketing materials, ensuring that compliance standards are met effectively and efficiently. The Compliance Professional 2 will be responsible for the following key tasks: + **Management of Shared Mailbox:** Triage and respond to inquiries received in the shared compliance mailbox, logging and tracking requests to ensure timely handling. + **Call Quality Audit Administration:** Execute administrative tasks related to call quality audits, including requesting call recordings and collaborating with agencies to secure necessary information. + **Marketing Oversight:** Prepare for new marketing materials by entering data from new material intake forms into the Marketing Inventory Tracker and creating corresponding folders in the Marketing and Communications Material Inventory. + **Legal Review Follow-up:** Monitor and follow up on marketing and communication review requests pending with the Legal team, conducting weekly exports of the Inventory Tracker to identify delays. + **Relationship Management:** Maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to support compliance efforts + **Research and Compliance Recommendations:** Investigate compliance issues and provide recommendations for policy updates to enhance compliance with regulatory obligations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring compliance with established guidelines. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + 2 or more years of experience in an investigative/compliance role + At least 1 year of experience in the understanding of complex member allegations + At least 1 year of experience with presenting to leadership + Knowledge/understanding of laws and regulations governed by the Department of Insurance and CMS **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree + Audit or consulting experience + 1+ years of experience in coaching ideally 3rd party organizations + Experience with metrics and reporting **Work-At-Home Information** To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. + Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. + Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. + Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. + Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. **HireVue** As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $65,000 - $88,600 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
