Position: Injection Molding Maintenance Technician

Location: Roxboro, NC

Pay: $35 to $38/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Two-year technical degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11pm to 7am

Greene Resources is seeking an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Operate and maintain injection molding and related equipment.
• Inspect machines to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical issues.
• Measure and inspect parts for wear, misalignment, or other mechanical defects.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve complex operational problems involving injection molding systems.
• Assist with the fabrication, installation, general carpentry, and building maintenance tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with medium-tonnage plastic injection molding machines (Nissei, Boy, Arburg) preferred.
• Knowledge of robotic operations is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Solid basic math and analytical abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
