Overview
We are seeking a sharp and responsive Email Support Representative to manage incoming customer emails. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving licensing questions, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients—entirely via email.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
Provide accurate, clear answers to inquiries related to licensing services
Track conversations and case progress in the CRM system
Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues
Maintain a consistent tone that reflects the company’s brand and values
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills
Experience in email-based customer support preferred
Organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple email threads and prioritize tasks effectively
