We’re on the hunt for our next Internship Coordinator. This role leads the charge in creating powerful internship and apprenticeship pathways, partnering with employers and agencies to turn learning opportunities into long-term success—while staying laser-focused on data, collaboration, and impact.

The Awesome Things You’ll Do

• Oversees development of internships and apprenticeship opportunities for participants. 
• Works in partnership with employment specialist team to identify employers with internship-to-work possibilities
• Identifies other external internship partners; troubleshoots internship challenges; and identifies governmental support. 
• Refers participants, as appropriate to HRA Internship Placement Services, as needed. 
• Keeps the database updated daily and weekly.

Our Must Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• 1 year or more years of experience working in workforce development, job placement, or career services.  
• Experience building relationships and strategic partnerships 
• Microsoft Suite experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills
